1.5cups water or milk
4tbsp oil or melted butter
1tbsp sugar (the recipe calls for 3tbsp, but that is insane)
1.5tsp yeast
In the lukewarm liquids, dissolve the yeast and sugar and wait till you see bubbles.
2tsp salt
4cups flour
Mix them and then mix with the 
activated yeast. Knead till smooth. Rise for 1 hour, knead again, shape and bake in oven at 350°.Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
